    Abstract:

Vascular plaque stability is a major factor contributing to the development of acute coronary syndrome, and optical coherence tomography (OCT) with ultra-high spatial resolution has a unique advantage in the identification of vulnerable plaques. This paper reviews the clinical progress of OCT in the identification of vulnerable plaques in patients with acute coronary syndrome in recent years.
