Abstract:

Circular RNA (circRNA), one of the crucial regulatory non-coding RNA, are rich in content, stable in nature, and widespread. They can play vital roles in the occurrence and development of vascular diseases by regulating gene expression through various mechanisms. This review summarizes the current research status of circRNA in varieties of vascular diseases to provide references for researchers in related fields.
