    Abstract:

Cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of death in the world. The economic cost of treatment and diagnosis is very high. In the past two decades, the diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of patients with coronary heart disease have undergone various changes. Positron emission tomography is a powerful and multi-functional noninvasive imaging examination, especially by quantifying the myocardial blood flow and coronary flow reserve, it can better describe the characteristics of coronary artery disease, play an important role in the early diagnosis, classification and treatment of coronary microvascular disease and ischemic cardiomyopathy.
