    Abstract:

    MicroRNA-146a is a member of the microRNAs. It regulates immune response, inflammation, tumor, cell proliferation, differentiation and apoptosis. In addition, It plays an important role in the process of pathophysiology of cardiovascular disease. It will be a new therapeutic target of atherosclerosis by using microRNA-146a to suppress the inflammation of atherosclerosis.
