Abstract:
Aim To observe the effect of rosuvastatin on methylation level and expression of Bcl-2 in aorta of rats with hyperhomocysteinamia. Method Thirty-three healthy five-week-old Wistar male rats， weighting （150±10）g ，were randomly divided into the control, Hhcy and rosuvastatin groups（n11，each）. The control was given normal food .
