    Abstract:

    Toll-like receptors (TLRs) and nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain (NOD)-like receptors (NLRs) are two major pattern-recognition receptors (PRRs) in the early host defence against pathogen invasion, TLRs are expressed on plasma membranes, whereas NLRs are in the cytosol.They through the cause of sterile inflammation and synergy participate in the occurrence and development of atherosclerosis, bridge the innate immunity and arteriosclerosis.
