    Abstract:

    Toll like receptors (TLR),one of pathogen-associated molecular pattern recognition receptors in innate immune system,play an important role not only in the development of atherosclerosis,but also in the formation of vulnerable plaque.This review will discuss advances of the relationship between Toll-like receptors and atherosclerotic vulnerable plaque from four aspects.
