    Abstract:

Aim To observe the effects of Tongxingluo on serum soluble intercellular adhesion molecules (sICAM)-1 and soluble vascular cellular adhesion molecules (sVCAM)-1 in patients with unstable angina pectoris (UAP). Methods T2 cases were divided randomly into tre tment group and control group. Before and 1 month after treatment, serum sICAM-1 and sVCAM-1 content were measured with ELISA. Results Tongxinluo tretment group serum sICAM-1 and sVCAM-1 content were lower than that of control group. Conclusion Tongxinlo could decrease serum sICAM-1 and sVCAM-1 content in patients with UAP.
