    摘要:

    Wnt信号调控胚胎发育过程的多种生物学行为,包括细胞增殖、凋亡、细胞极性和器官发生,在胚胎发育过程起着重要作用。而在成人中,该信号处于沉默状态。最近证据表明,Wnt信号通路在许多生物学过程和疾病中被重新激活,参与代谢、炎症、肿瘤等疾病的发生,调节骨稳态,促进成骨细胞分化,诱导骨生成,并与动脉粥样硬化和血管钙化的发展进程密切相关。本文重点就Wnt信号通路的激活在内皮功能障碍、炎症反应、平滑肌细胞增殖及促进动脉粥样硬化和血管钙化等方面的作用进行综述。

    Abstract:

    Wnt signaling pathway regulates a variety of biological behaviors during embryonic development, including cell proliferation, apoptosis, cell polarity and organogenesis, and plays an important role in embryonic development.In an adult, it is thought to be silent. However, recent evidences show that Wnt signaling is reactivated in many biological processes and disease. It is involved in metabolism, inflammation, tumor and other diseases. Meanwhile, the signaling pathway regulates bone homeostasis, promotes osteoblast differentiation, induces bone formation, and is closely related to the development of atherosclerosis and vascular calcification. This review focuses on the effects of continuous activation of this signaling in endothelial dysfunction, inflammation, smooth muscle cell proliferation, and promotion of atherosclerosis and vascular calcification.
