    摘要:

    动脉粥样硬化是一种大中型动脉的慢性炎症性疾病,可导致缺血性心脏病、中风和周围血管病等心脑血管疾病,严重危害人类健康。斑块内出血是进展期斑块的重要特征,且已被证实可以短期内加速斑块进展,这主要与血细胞进入斑块后影响斑块内炎症水平相关。本文旨在综述血细胞各组分在出血斑块炎症调节和转归中的作用。

    Abstract:

    Atherosclerosis is a chronic inflammatory disease of large and medium-sized arteries, which can lead to ischemic heart disease, stroke, peripheral vascular disease and other cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, seriously endangering human health. Intraplaque hemorrhage is an important feature of advanced plaque, and it has been proved that it can accelerate the progression of plaque in a short time, which is mainly related to the influence of blood cells into the plaque on the level of inflammation in the plaque. The purpose of this paper is to review the role of blood cell components in the regulation and outcome of inflammation in hemorrhagic plaque.
