    摘要:

    近年来,以运动为核心的心脏康复在预防和治疗心血管疾病上具有重要作用。它能带来诸多心血管益处,越来越多证据支持运动能促进冠心病中血管的生成,但其机制尚未被完全阐明。其中,大量研究证明运动锻炼能增加内皮祖细胞(EPC)的数量及功能,促进血管生成。同时,运动能引起一些microRNA水平的变化,这些microRNA可参与血管生成过程。除此之外,有些microRNA水平的变化可能影响EPC功能而调节血管生成过程。该综述将集中讨论运动锻炼调节EPC和影响microRNA水平促进血管生成的这两条机制,为研究和治疗冠心病提供了新思路。

    Abstract:

    Recently,exercise-based cardiac rehabilitation has been an important role in preventing and treating cardiovascular diseases. It brings to a great deal of cardiovascular benefit,there is an increasing evidence support that exercise training can promote angiogenesis in coronary heart disease,but the mechanism of angiogenesis is still not fully clarified. Multiple research has proved out that exercise training can increase endothelial progenitor cell (EPC) number and promote EPC’s function to accelerate angiogenesis. At the same time,exercise can also raise the change of microRNA level,while these microRNA may participate in the angiogenesis process. Besides,microRNA level changing may influence EPC function to modulate angiogenesis during physical exercise. This review will focus on discussing the role of exercise training in angiogenesis by EPC and microRNA level,which may provide a new idea to research and treat coronary heart disease.
