    摘要:

    目的采用Meta分析综合评价循环内皮祖细胞(EPC)的数量与冠心病的关系。方法利用计算机检索国内发表的有关EPC与冠心病关系的文献,经质量评价后按一定标准纳入文献,应用RevMan 6.0软件进行分析。用漏斗图分析发表偏倚。结果共纳入14项研究,包括890例研究对象。Meta分析结果显示,稳定型冠心病患者循环EPC明显低于对照组,计数集落数的合并后标准化均数差(SMD)=-2.81,95%CI (-4.03,-1.59),Z=4.50(p<0.01);流式细胞分析结果的合并后SMD=-1.85,95%CI (-2.95,-0.76),Z=3.33(p<0.01)。急性心肌梗死患者EPC的集落数却高于对照组,合并后SMD=3.89,95%CI (1.44,6.34),Z=3.11(p<0.01)。三个Meta分析存在异质性,均采用随机效应模型分析。漏斗图提示无明显发表偏倚。结论循环EPC数量的降低与稳定型冠心病密切相关,而急性心肌梗死患者EPC数量增加。

    Abstract:

    AimTo investigate the association between circulating endothelial progenitor cells(EPC) and coronary heart disease(CHD) using a Meta analysis.MethodsMajor online database including Wanfang, CNKI, VIP, and PubMed were searched to collect case-control studies on the association between EPC and CHD published in China.The results were analyzed using RevMan 6.0 software.Funnel plot was made to confirm publication bias.Results Totally 14 studies containing 890 subjects were enrolled.The number of EPC colony forming units was counted under phase contrast microscope.Meta analysis showed that the number of EPC was significantly higher in patients with stable CHD than in control group (SMD=-2.81,95%CI (-4.03,-1.59), p<0.01).When the EPC specific surface mark were assessed by fluorescence activated cell sorter analysis, the result was similar(SMD=-1.85,95%CI(-2.95,-0.76), p<0.01).But the number of EPC was lower in patients with acute myocardial infarction than in control group.ConclusionsHigh EPC level is closely related with CHD.
