    摘要:

    自最初发现骨保护素(OPG)对骨骼新陈代谢有重要的调节功能以来,因其在血管性疾病和钙化中发挥的重要作用已经引起了人们的广泛关注。在动物模型和临床研究中发现,骨保护素不仅能抑制动脉粥样硬化,而且其血清水平随着血管硬化、冠状动脉疾病和未来心血管事件的进展而升高。这一特点的确切机制和意义尚不明确。为了解其完整的作用模式,骨保护素基因多态性、钙化、炎症、凋亡及其配体之间的相互关系应纳入研究,文章将近年来骨保护素与动脉粥样硬化关系的研究进展作一综述。

    Abstract:

    Since its initial discovery as a key regulator in bone metabolism,osteoprotegerin(OPG) has become the subject of intense interest for its role in vascular disease and calcification.In animal models and clinical studies it is revealed that,OPG can inhibit atherosclerosis(As),and its serum level increases in association with vascular calcification,coronary artery disease and future cardiovascular events.This feature of the exact mechanism and significance is not clear.To understand the complete role model,OPG gene polymorphism,calcification,inflammation,apoptosis and the relationship between the ligand should be included in the study,the paper in recent years on related aspects of the relationship between OPG and As reviewed the research progress.
