    摘要:

    目的观察依达拉奉对急性脑梗死患者血清一氧化氮、一氧化氮合酶、丙二醛和超氧化物歧化酶的影响。方法选取我院急性脑梗死患者160例,随机分为依达拉奉治疗组(治疗组)和常规治疗组(对照组),每组80例。在治疗前、治疗7天和14天分别测定患者血清中一氧化氮、一氧化氮合酶、丙二醛和超氧化物歧化酶的变化。结果治疗前后对照组的一氧化氮、一氧化氮合酶和丙二醛无明显变化,治疗7天时一氧化氮、一氧化氮合酶、丙二醛低于治疗前,治疗14天时一氧化氮、一氧化氮合酶、丙二醛低于治疗7天时;治疗7天和治疗14天比较,治疗组的一氧化氮、一氧化氮合酶、丙二醛均低于对照组(P><0.05)。治疗后治疗组患者血清超氧化物歧化酶活力逐渐上升,且明显高于对照组(P><0.05)。结论依达拉奉通过降低患者血清中一氧化氮、一氧化氮合酶和丙二醛含量,增强超氧化物歧化酶活性,对急性脑梗死患者具有一定的保护作用。

    Abstract:

    Aim To observe the effect of edaravone on serum NO,NOS and SOD in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods 160 cases with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into edaravone treatment group(treatment group) and conventional treatment group(control group),80 cases in each group.NO,NOS,MDA and SOD were measured before and after treatment for 7 d and 14 d. Results Control group's NO,NOS and MDA had no obvious change before and after treatment.The results after treated for 7 d were lower than before treatment,but higher than after treated for 14 d.Treatment group's NO,NOS and MDA were lower than control group's(P><0.05).Treatment group's SOD was gradually increased and obviously higher than control group's(P><0.05). Conclusion Edaravone has certain protective effect on cerebral infarction patients by decreasing their serum NO,NOS and MDA and increasing SOD activity.
