急性脑梗死患者血清粘附因子及转化生长因子的检测

    摘要:

    目的探讨急性脑梗死患者血清可溶性细胞间粘附因子1和转化生长因子β1的浓度变化及其意义。方法分别于发病后的第1天、第3天和第7天取空腹静脉血用酶联免疫吸附法测定50例急性脑梗死患者的血清可溶性细胞间粘附因子1和转化生长因子β1浓度;并同时测定30名健康人作为对照。结果脑梗死组发病后第1天、第3天和第7天血清可溶性细胞间粘附分子1分别为368.7±45.9、436.3±52.7和525.9±60.1,显著高于对照组(p<0.01),而第1天和第3天血清转化生长因子β1的浓度分别为40.2±9.6和36.2±8.5,显著低于对照组(p<0.01)。结论血清可溶性细胞间粘附因子1和转化生长因子β1浓度的动态变化反映急性脑梗死患者的炎症和免疫状态,且可溶性细胞间粘附因子1具有损伤作用,转化生长因子β1具有保护作用。

    Abstract:

    Aim To observe dynamically the serial concentrations of soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1(sCIAM-1) and transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1) in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI) and its significance. Methods The serial concentrations of sICAM-1 and TGF-β1 in 50 patients with ACI and 30 healthy control subjects were measured by ELISA method. Results The serial concentrations of sICAM-1 in patients with ACI significantly exceeded those detected in the healthy control subjects at day 1st,day 3rd and day 7th,the serial concentrations of TGF-β1 in patients with ACI significantly decreased compared with those of the healthy control subjects at day 1st and day 3rd. Conclusion The dynamic changes of the serial alteration of sICAM-1 and TGF-β1 concentration may reflect the immunological and inflammatory status of the patients with ACI,meanwhile,sICAM-1 is an inflammatory damaging factor and TGF-β1 can protect brain tissue.
