    摘要:

    近年证实动脉粥样硬化病灶中泡沫细胞来源于单核巨噬细胞,已发现糖尿病患者糖基化低密度脂蛋白(LDL)水平增高,代谢异常。本文以放射受体分析法比较12例糖尿病患者及12例年龄。性别配对的健康人血LDL在人外周血巨噬细胞中的代谢,发现糖尿病患者LDL的摄入和降解明显高于对照组,与其孵育过的巨噬细胞内胆固醇明显增高。提示糖尿病患者LDL与巨噬细胞相互作用易形成泡沫细胞,高血糖引起的LDL糖基化及其代谢异常可能是糖尿病人易患动脉粥样硬化的重要机制之一。

    Abstract:

    Macrophages are proved to be the precursors of the lipidladen foam cells that characterize early atherosclerotic lesion. Hyperglycemia in diabetic patients lead to the high concentration of glycated low density lipoprotein(LDL) and abnormal metabolism of LDL. In this study, we used radioreceptor assay to compare the metabotic results of LDL from diabetic patients and from nondiabetic control subjects. We found that both uptake and degradation of diabetic LDL were significantly higher than that of control LDL. We also discovered that the total cholerslerol content of cultured macrophages incubated with diabetic LDL significantly increased as compared with that incubated with control LDL. This study suggests that interaction between glycated LDL and macrophages accelerates formation of foam cells, and contributes to the accelerated atherosclerosis of diabetes.
