    摘要:

    以DEAE纤维素部分纯化的家兔肝低密度脂蛋白(LDL)受体为抗原,制备了两株抗兔LDL受体单克隆抗体(ZMRE6、ZMRF7)。两者均能与兔LDL受体特异性结合,并且有较高的抗体效价,均为IgG1亚类。间接免疫荧光试验表明:两者都与培养的人胚肺成纤维细胞、人包皮成纤维细胞、猴内皮细胞无交叉反应,具有种属特异性。

    Abstract:

    In this study,the partially purified low density lipoprotein(LDL) receptor from rabbit liver was used as an antigen, and two monoclonal antibodies were obtained, designated as ZMRE6 and ZMRF7 respectively, both of them can react specifically to rabbit LDL receptor with a high titer and belong to the subgroup of IgG1.Tested with indirect immunofluroscent staining, no cross reaction was found between these two monoclonal antibodies and the cultured human fibroblasts and rhesus endothelial cells,so it is considered that ZMRE6 andZMRF7 have a genus-specificity.
